Industrial & Scientific Advisory Committee
The Industrial and Scientific Advisory Committee will be established by the Director, Technology Director of CNDE, and CEO.

- Committee of ten members comprising experts from various industries and NDE technology fields.
- Role
- Provide technical guidance and direction to the consortium.
International Advisory Committee
The International advisory committee will be formed by the Director and Technology Director of CNDE.

The Management Board is the highest decision-making authority within NCNDE. It brings together CNDE leadership, Industry–Platinum members, and rotating University–Platinum representation.

Identifies and approves projects to be funded through the consortium.

Guides policies that support effective collaboration, participation, and research delivery.

Ensures Platinum member organisations contribute directly to strategic direction.

Board meetings are chaired by members of the Management Board.

Each Board member holds one vote in consortium decisions.

The CEO communicates Management Board decisions to all consortium members.
